Contained in a purpose built 6 bedroom house rented individually by each bedroom. Two shared bathrooms, and a tidy spacious furnished kitchen and living area shared by the other tenants. We also provide an outdoor area with BBQ and outdoor seating.

A cleaner comes twice per week to sanitise the communal areas.

Rent includes power, Unlimited internet usage, shared phoneline and the communal cleaner.

Easy lease, minimum of 4 weeks stay to move in, thereafter give one week's notice to vacate.

4 weeks bond, 1 weeks rent in advance and $25 for a mattress protector.
