Christchurch Apartments are rental apartment providers who own and manage their own apartments, houses and bedsits in Christchurch. We offer medium and long-term apartments, bedsits, houses, flats and rooms for rent in Christchurch and Nelson. As we are not a rental agency, we have NO LETTING FEES, our entry process is quick and easy and we are able to help you more efficiently throughout your tenancy. We are easily contactable with no property agency or middlemen to deal with!

At Christchurch Apartments we offer a wide variety of rental properties, located in the central business district of Christchurch, close to the Art Centre, Christchurch Public Hospital and Hagley Park, and nearby in Merivale.

Currently we have apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms available for medium and long-term leases to let. We also have 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Leases are generally one year or more, with slightly shorter leases negotiable. We offer both furnished and unfurnished accommodation as well as more budget-orientated bedsits that require some sharing of facilities. A stay in a bedsit is a minimum of 4 weeks.

Our portfolio is currently at around 170 properties in the Christchurch Central City area with many new architecturally designed apartments being constructed to replace the buildings we lost in the earthquake. See the news page for more information on our rebuilds.
