Christchurch Apartments own and manage apartments, houses and bedsits in Christchurch. We offer medium and long-term apartments, bedsits, houses, flats and rooms for rent. As we are not a rental agency, we have NO LETTING FEES, our entry process is quick and easy, with no painful application process, and we are able to help you more efficiently throughout your tenancy.

At Christchurch Apartments we offer a wide variety of rental properties, located in the central business district of Christchurch, close to the Art Centre, Christchurch Public Hospital and Hagley Park, and nearby in Merivale.

Currently we have apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms available for medium and long-term leases to let. We also have 4 and 5 bedroom houses. Lease's are generally one year or more, occasionally we will take 6 month lease's. We offer both furnished and unfurnished accommodation as well as more budget-orientated bedsits that require some sharing of facilities. A stay in a bedsit is a minimum of 5 weeks.

Hornby
Also available through Christchurch Apartments is Wigram Lodge, offering 200 furnished rooms with shared facilities and 76 rooms with private bathrooms. The Lodge is located between two of New Zealand’s leading universities, Lincoln and Canterbury and a few hundred metres from the Southern Polytech.Room prices start from $130 per week including power.

Lyttelton
Cressy House is a 20 room establishment with some en suite rooms . It is centrally heated with great views of the harbour. Room prices start from $120 per week including power, central heating, sky tv in lounge, shared phoneline and access to wireless internet.

Nelson
We also provide apartments and rooms at Franklyn Village. Situated in Nelson at the top of New Zealand's South Island. Room's are priced from $120 to $180 per week - some with en suites. Fully self contained apartments are priced from $220 per week. All rent includes power. We provide shared lounge area's with SKY TV, shared kitchen's, an onsite cafe, and a gymnasium.
