Currently we have apartments with 1, 2 or 3 bedrooms available for medium and long-term leases to let. Lease's are generally one year or more, occasionally we will take 6 month lease's. We offer both furnished and unfurnished accommodation as well as more budget-orientated bedsits that require some sharing of facilities. A stay here is a minimum of 5 weeks.

Also available through Christchurch Apartments is Wigram Lodge, offering 120 furnished rooms with shared facilities and 34 rooms with private bathroom. The Lodge is located between two of New Zealand’s leading universities, Lincoln and Canterbury and a few hundred metres from the Southern Polytech.

Cressy House is a 20 room establishment with some ensuite rooms . It is centrally heated with great views of the harbour. Rooms here start from $120.00 including ,power, central heating, sky tv in lounge etc.
